That's Haruno Sakura from Naruto! One of the physically strongest anime girls I've ever seen.. XD The anime is kinda cool - perfect mix of action, comedy and drama. Just too much filler episodes, but the story is really great and touching at times. ;)
Oh yes, there is a love story.. but it's unrequited love so it's really sad.. :( Almost cried at that scene when Sasuke was leaving their village and Sakura was begging him to stay... :(
