I am not sure if there are QAs in the Philippines who are specializing on Security Testing. But I am so lucky to be trained in Sydney as one by none other than StratSec. I met Rohan there, he is such a geek and I like him a lot as a security tester.

Before the training and when I was still working at one of ecommerce companies in Alabang, I thought security testing is just injecting SQLs and javascripts into entry fields or html tags. However, after the training, I found out that there is more to it than what I used to know. It is very good addition to my experience and I really consider myself lucky to be given that kind of opportunity without any bond at all.

I am so excited to start doing that stuff. I hope that I get a little close to Rohan's level when it comes to security testing. I am just a novice but hopefully I gain more as time goes by. :)
