Though it is just a temporary job, I can feel that after several months, I can smile and laugh again from the heart. I am surrounded with very nice people. Even if I just started with the new job last week, I feel at ease already with the people I am going to work with for the next six months. They are nice bunch of people, always looking after each other, sharing their food, their stories and always willing to lend a helping hand... There is always laughter in the air amidst those tasks and deadlines. Although I was told that some of the developers are bullies and annoying, I don't mind at all because I am kind of used to those kinds of developers already (after working with different organizations). I was even told that the politics in the company (since it is such a huge organization) is quite something too; but, I don't care hehehe... I am so used to these kinds of environment that I already learned how to be detached... There is no such thing as a perfect organization anyway. We can meet assholes or bitches in every organization. The challenge is to learn how to deal with them while doing your job very well...
Then in just a week, I can feel that I am ready to go back to testing... I am even excited with the project I am assigned with, which will start this Friday. I think it is very interesting, ERP systems-- the first ever system that I tested when I started my QA career... I know how challenging and engaging such system is :)
Though the process is not what I had expected it should be and the work is more manual than automated, I think it is fine for the next six months. I just need to feel that I love to test and I hope that ADB won't disappoint me...
